# Date: 14-15 December 2013 Duration: 2 Days
# Departure: 13th Dec, late evening Arrival: 15th Dec, late evening
# Difficulty Level: 3 out of 5 (No prioexperience required)
# Event Fees: Includes Rappelling equipment usage & training, Mulund-to-Mulund                        traveling by private bus, Saturday dinner, Sunday tea-breakfast-Lunch

# What is Rappelling? Rappelling is nothing but climbing down a measurably high rock with the help of a rope, tied to you, with harness & descender. Sometimes you get to rest on the rock; sometimes you get an overhang where you’re in space with nothing around in 720 deg.
 Event & site Summary: In the upcoming event, the 1150 ft rappelling will be divided into 5 patches. 2 will be rappelled on Saturday and remaining 3 on Sunday. Trekkers will need to start from Mumbai on Friday night and they will return back by Sunday late night. The night stay in the heart of Malshej valley and besides a waterfall is the bonus package of this event, so don’t miss it….
# Camp Schedule:-
Day 1: Friday 13th Dec
Day 2:  Saturday 14th Dec
Day 3:  Sunday 15th Dec 2013
·   Leave Mumbai at 10 pm
·   Reach Khubi village at around 4 am
·   Halt in school for fresh up
·   Rappelling Kits Distribution
·    Tea
·   Leave Khubi village 6:15 am
·   Reach camp site 7:15
·   Instructions/training
·   Rappelling start at 8:30
·   First patch - 350'
·   Pack Lunch
·   Second patch - 300'
·   Reach day 1 camp site
·   Dinner & Night halt
·   wake up at 5:00 am sharp
·   Breakfast 6:00 am
·   Rappelling start at 7:00
·   Third patch - 200'
·   Forth patch - 250'
·   Fifth patch - 50'
·   Reach the base of mountain
·   Trek for 1 hour to reach Thidabi village
·   Return of Rappelling Lunch at Thidabi Village .
·   Return journey to Mumbai.

# Mandatory Things to carry:
• Dry Snacks & Pack lunch for Saturday • Sack/backpack •Torch with extra pair of cell •cap •scarf for ladies compulsory • Water bottle •glass •bowl •plate •spoon •trekking or sports shoes with good grip • extra pair of socks • extra pairs of clothing • sleeping bag or shawl • sleeping mat • napkins • and personal medical kit
